Pain Tracker for ChatGPT

Pain Tracker is coming to ChatGPT. Once it is available, you can keep your pain diary by telling ChatGPT how your day went, without opening another app. Every entry goes into the same diary you use in the web app, Telegram and Discord.

Why you will like it

  • Log in one sentence. Say “Migraine today, 7 out of 10, I took ibuprofen” and the entry is saved. No forms to fill in.
  • See your month at a glance. Ask for a period and get a calendar coloured by pain intensity, plus a summary of pain days, triggers and medications compared with the previous period.
  • Never miss a day. Pain Tracker keeps reminding you through Telegram, Discord or email, and ChatGPT can add a daily check-in of its own.
  • Stay in control. ChatGPT sees only your own diary, only after you allow it, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Pain Tracker is a diary. It records and summarizes what you tell it and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
