# Account Deletion

Deletion removes your account and diary data permanently.

## Web Deletion

* Open Settings in the web app.
* Scroll to "Account deletion".
* Type the confirmation phrase.
* Confirm deletion.

## Telegram Users

* If you use only Telegram, first connect your account to web settings.
* Delete the account from web settings.

## Before Deleting

* Export your report if you want to keep a copy.
* Check CSV and PDF export pages in this documentation.
